Berkeley Craftsmen

The interior remodel for this local wineshop included all custom-made wine shelves, handmade maps showing the French and Italian wine-making regions, and a handmade door of old lumber simulating a former speakeasy. The challenge was to darken such a bright location, giving the sense of perfectly aging wines. This was done with plantation shutters, closing off upper windows and using a dark green paint to mask the unshaded location.
